Use of personal information:

We collect your personal data when you place an order with us, to manage that order, settle disputes and provide customer service support.

All orders are processed by Rascal Gin. We do not share or transfer personal data to any third party outside of the financial organizations used to process orders, i.e. PayPal etc.  (We do not see, store or retain any personal financial information).

To comply with any legal or tax obligations, copies of orders are kept for the legal required time in the UK, then destroyed. They are not used for any other purpose, and are securely stored.

Marketing:

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing by providing your email address to receive our emailed newsletter, you may opt out or amend at a later date.

You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.  Please use the “unsubscribe” button on all our correspondence to stop marketing.
